The course is aimed at the leaders of National and Regional Basketball Federations who strive to implement an effective and globally recognized basketball development strategy. The International Basketball University and the Lithuanian Basketball Federation will help to prepare and participate in the implementation process of the selected basketball development measures. The strategy developed on the basis of Lithuania and other most effective National Basketball Systems will allow to effectively pursue the priorities of the National Basketball and to model a long-term and stable training platform for young basketball players in your country.

The course consists of 10 consulting video conversations with Lithuanian Basketball Federation and International Basketball University experts.

The content of the National Basketball Development strategy will cover following fields of basketball organisation activity planning and implementation which are listed in below presented slides. Financial resources, budgeting and human resources for such activities implementation should be considered separately.
